Dr.&nbsp;Xing&nbsp;Liu is Chief Risk Officer of NewDay USA where he oversees risk management, underwriting, and analytical modeling efforts. He joined NewDay USA in 2005 and has held multiple positions in&nbsp;marketing, credit, and risk management.&nbsp;Dr. Liu brings with him over 25 years of experience in analytical modeling and consulting. Prior to joining NewDay USA, he held a variety of research and managerial positions&nbsp;across different industries.&nbsp;&nbsp;Dr. Liu graduated from the Gifted and Talented Educational Program in Beijing and received a B.S. degree in Computational Mathematics from Peking University at age 18. He also holds a Ph.D. degree in Numerical Optimization and Mathematical Modeling from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
